[Precision Mold Design and Parts Processing Case] Punching of Fiber Materials

Design and manufacturing are possible with a minimum clearance of 0.003mm! Processing of new materials such as thin foil and high-strength fibers is also possible.

A consultation was received from an automotive parts manufacturer, stating that they were unable to punch out fiber materials with molds from other companies, resulting in poor productivity, and they wanted to process with our molds. In response, we proposed a minimal clearance of 0.003mm and improvements in mold structure and part accuracy.
